After-sales service commitment

In strict accordance with the "Consumer Rights Protection Law" and "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China", the after-sales three-guarantee service is implemented. During the validity period of the Three Guarantees, you can enjoy the right of repair, replacement and return in accordance with these regulations. Repair, exchange and return should be handled with the warranty card or the Three Guarantees certificate. The details are as follows.

(1) Within 7 days from the date of sale, if the product has a performance failure that is not artificially damaged, consumers can choose to return or repair the product with a valid purchase certificate;

(2) Within 30 days from the date of sale, if the product has a performance failure that is not artificially damaged, consumers can repair or replace a new machine of the same model and specification with a valid purchase certificate.

(3) Within 1 year from the date of sale, if the product has a performance failure that is not artificially damaged, consumers can enjoy free warranty services with a valid purchase certificate

Note: The company solemnly promises to provide after-sales service for all products sold, and to provide corresponding accessories or labor costs for specific product maintenance outside the warranty period.

Precautions for return and exchange

(1) 7 days return or repair

a. Users who purchase on the e-commerce platform can enjoy the no-reason return service within 7 days from the date of receipt.

b. If the product fails within 7 days from the date of sale, consumers can choose to return it, exchange it or repair it.

C. Standard returns for no reason within 7 days must present a valid proof of purchase and return it together with the invoice. The user must ensure that the returned product maintains the original quality and function, the appearance is intact, and the trademarks and various logos of the product itself and its accessories are complete and complete. (2) 1 year warranty maintenance

Products from the date of sale for 1 year, if there is a performance failure, consumers can enjoy free warranty services.

b. When the product you purchased exceeds the warranty period, only the labor and accessories cost will be charged when the product accessories are repaired.
